The maintenance requirements for the various systems that we supply to our esteemed clientele are quite extensive. We have well-developed skills and facilities to meet these maintenance requirements over the life of a system.
Our customers have the option to enter into an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with us even if the original systems are not supplied by us. The AMC could be either comprehensive meaning we will responsible for both parts and labour or it could be non-comprehensive which would cover only labour costs. Further the customer also has the choice of engaging our maintenance services on call-basis, where we charge them on man-day basis as and when the services are needed.
Further our clients can enter into Facility Management Services (FMS) contract with us for their Systems where in we ensure smooth functioning of the systems by interacting with not only the client’s internal departments but also external agencies thereby allowing the clients to have all the time to concentrate on their businesses.
